Londynic operates using a drop-shipping business model and is partnered with Zendrop, a global drop-shipping and fulfillment platform. Zendrop is responsible for fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders directly to customers on our
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping and Fulfillment
Once an order has been processed, it is fulfilled and shipped by Zendrop through their logistics partners. Orders may ship from different warehouses depending on product availability and destination.
Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete.
United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods, country’’s capability. Due to war or war like situation the delivery time can take longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Londynic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and delivered at different times.
